CoroWare Robotics
announces an
Early Adopters Program

CoroWare Robotics has now integrated the new Robotics Operating System (ROS), originated by Willows Garage, on all its products and custom robots. This development effort offers universities, colleges and engineering firm the latest in applied open source robotic programming.

CoroWare Robotics is the Open Robotics Platform of choice

CoroWare Robotics produces both standardized and custom robot solutions for universities, technical colleges, government, municipalities and laboratories around the world. Using open platform concepts you can choose your mobile base, sensors and electronics, and your choice of robot operating systems: 'Linux' or 'Windows 7 Embedded' or both.

In March of 2011, CoroWare Robotics announced its implementation of the Robotics Operating System (ROS) on its CoroBot and Explorer product lines. Having incorporated Player/Stage as the best of breed for previous robot production, CoroWare's integration of ROS as the standard robot control library furthers their credo of being the "Open Robotics Platform" of choice.
