System Integration

Most datacenters require the integrating of human-centric workflows with IT services. CoroWare's engineers are focusing on Unified Communication (UC) services:

CoroWare usually adds services to the Enterprise Application Bus and in some cases integrates heterogeneous services (Linux/Windows). Through its partnership with LTC international, CoroWare has strengthened its position for OSS/Billing analysis, consultancy and implementation.

Lab Management

Lab Management conducted by CoroWare is primarily for build/verification/test labs as well as for fast roll-out operational labs. It requires careful capacity planning and cross training. Success is measured through a Tier 1 service structure (Help Desk, KB, Monitoring) as well as service-level agreements and metrics.

IT Audit and Green IT is an area where CoroWare produced operational plans and system assessment. This activity derives into Infrastructure Optimization & ITIL processes improvement, particularly through the IO maturity model. Finally CoroWare has been fostering Virtualization techniques as a way to reduce the datacenter energy footprint.

Our customers' needs in Software as a Service span from Application virtualization to multi-tenant application hosting.

• Application virtualization is more of a system engineering activity, relying on Virtualization techniques (Xen, Hyper-V). CoroWare's experience in this domain stems from the operation of datacenter primarily with Microsoft Communication Sector and Live.com, as well as in a few other locations.

• Software as a service relies ultimately on a multi-tenant approach. CoroWare's engineers worked on building "template solutions" for consulting groups (Microsoft, HP, ...), developed and deployed multi-tenant solution (n-tier solutions based on .NET and JE22, Service-oriented application,
  WS-*, and EAI solution).
